Delivery and return policies
Your order can only be validated and dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
Orders are dispatched between 24 to 72 hours after we confirm your payment.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer. These costs will be included in the total price of the order.
Packages are sent by mail and are generally delivered between 3 to 5 business days for orders within Canada and between 5 to 14 business days for international orders.
The customer has the obligation to validate his address before confirming the payment of any order.

Our return policy is 14 days, which means the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition when received by the customer (unworn or unused, with tag and in its original packaging). You will also need your order confirmation number.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as: caps, elastic bands, hot combs, extensions or wigs on discount and final sale.
Regarding damages, it is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us at info@watomabeauty.com if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
With respect to exchanges, we will only replace items if they are faulty, damaged or if we have made an error in your order and will investigate to determine if an exchange is warranted. Please note that we are entitled to refuse a refund or exchange if certain conditions are not met.
To make a return, you can contact us at info@watomabeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note you are responsible for all costs associated with the return.
